Dungeons & Dragons

The manual for this game refers to the Ball Eater target as a Teleport Drop Target Assembly. The Parts Manual page 48 shows a drawing of this device and sources the device to the WICO Corporation, a provider of original and replacement parts for the coin-op industry. An earlier game with Bally's flex-save lanes is Bally's 1983 'BMX'. We see the name ELMORE on the translite. Artist Pat McMahon provided to us the following information:Larry Elmore (an artist who worked at TSR Inc., the producers of D&D) is responsible for the illustration on the translite. I added the border around his illustration and did the rest of the art on the game. Larry told us that his dragon and warrior on the translite is from a painting he did called "Basic D&D Ancient Red".

Spend your first ball eliminating flames. The bonus from that will carry over to each of your other balls.

The million point shot: lock a ball under the right ramp. Hit down all drop-targets. Hit right ramp and nail left ramp from upper flipper.
