Remake of the EM version Gottlieb's 1976 'Royal Flush'. In our Files section is a Preliminary Instruction Manual marked as for "Game 681, Applicable to games whose serial number contains the letter 'S'." and references Game Prom 681/2 (where the "2" is oddly handwritten) and Sound Proms 681/S1, 681/S2. Also in our Files section is an Instruction Manual marked as for "Game 681, Final Edition, Applicable to all games not having the letter 'S' in their serial number" and references Game Prom 681/2 (the "2" is typewritten) and Sound Proms 681/S1, 681/S2. This Final Edition manual has an addendum page dated 4-29-83 where it states "GAME AS SHIPPED VARIES FROM THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL AS PRINTED." We briefly summarize the changes discussed on this page: 1. The game number has been changed to #681A. 2. The existing Sound Board (MA-309) becomes an MA-484 with the addition of the Piggyback Board (MA-483) mounted on the Sound Board. 3.The Sound/Speech Supply Board (A7) was MA-188 now becomes MA-481. All schematic pages for the two manuals are identical with respect to schematic NAME, ID number, "Drawn By" initials, "Approved By" initials, and Date. A third Instruction Manual PDF has been seen but was missing its Title page and Table of Contents page so we don't know its completeness or how it fits into the timeline. Its Driver Board schematic is a later date than the other manuals while its Sound Board and Pop Bumper Driver Board schematics are an earlier date than the other manuals. Some of the schematics were Drawn By a different person than the other manuals even if the schematic Dates were the same.
